Representatives with Festival Acadiens held a boudin link ribbon cutting to announce the opening of this year's festival and the partnership with UL Lafayette, LCVC and Festival Acadiens. The Festival kicks off October 8 when Louisiana's Ragin' Cajuns take on Oklahoma State University.
