Good teachers are the lifeblood of any educational institution, and the University of Louisiana is no exception. Last month, UL put the spotlight four life-changing instructors. In today's "Spirit of Acadiana" Scott Brazda introduces you to one of them. A director from the UL school of music, Ray P. Authement award winner, Dr. Robert Willey.

Hard to believe he's been gone for six years. Last Saturday was March 30th, but in the "Brazda scheme of things" this past Saturday, March 30th was much more than a date on a calendar.

March 30th would have been the 90-th birthday of Art Brazda, someone that I call "Dad". So courtesy of our video archives, I get some "parental guidance" and get to say, "Happy birthday dad".
