Storms are moving eastward this morning and the severe weather threat has diminished. The National Weather Service has discontinued the Tornado Watch that was in effect for the far southeastern parishes of St. Martin, Iberia, and St. Mary.
Gradual clearing across Acadiana now that the cold front has moved east. Dew points will drop making it feel more comfortable this afternoon. A weak upper level disturbance will pass north of the area tonight bringing more cloudiness. Clearing again Tuesday with quiet weather through Friday. Days will be mild with highs in the 70s, lows at night will be chilly with lows in the 40s.
