After another cool morning Wednesday, a warming trend will commence for Acadiana with highs getting back into the upper 80s to 90 this weekend.
Wall to wall sunshine is expected for our Wednesday with highs climbing back into the lower 80s. Mostly sunny skies with highs in the mid-80s are expected Thursday & Friday.
This weekend will feature partly cloudy skies and generally dry conditions. There could be a few isolated showers by Sunday but rain chances will be 20% or less.
Humidity and temperatures will increase this weekend with highs likely in the upper 80s...almost summer-like.
Chance of showers and storms will likely increase Tuesday/Wednesday of next week ahead of the next cool front.
