Sulphur man charged with 4th-offense DUI

A Sulphur man is charged with his fourth DWI offense following a traffic stop this weekend.

Calcasieu Parish sheriff's deputies say they pulled over 32-year-old Joseph Morris because of a traffic violation. Morris allegedly slurred his speech and could not keep his balance when speaking with deputies.

Morris allegedly blew a blood alcohol level above the legal limit during his breath test.

Morris is free on $10,000 bond.
