St. Mary Parish Sheriffs Office Arrest Report

According to Sheriff Mark A. Hebert during the last 72 hours the Sheriff's Office responded to 122 complaints and reports the following arrests:

Michel Cothron 50 yoa of 530 Clark Road, Bayou Vista was arrested on 6-1-2012 at 3:34 pm for Driving Under Suspension. A deputy was called to Saturn and Pluto St. in Bayou Vista in reference to a suspect hitting a traffic sign with their vehicle. Upon the deputy's arrival, the suspect was transported to Teche Regional Hospital by Acadian Ambulance. When the deputy arrived to the Hospital, it was learned that the suspect was driving under suspension. After the investigation the suspect was placed under arrest and issued a summons to appear in court on 9-12-2012.

Matthew J. Miller 18 yoa of 1135 General Clark Road, Morgan City and Deshaune K. Charles 22 yoa of 116 Ross Lane, Bayou Vista were arrested on 6-1-2012 at 9:46 pm for Possession of Marijuana with Miller also being charged with Distribution of Marijuana. A deputy was patrolling the Bayou Vista area, when he conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle that failed to signal 100 feet from intersection. Upon the deputy's contact with driver, a strong odor of marijuana was observed coming from the vehicle. The deputy removed the suspects from vehicle, and during a search marijuana was found on them. During the investigation it was learned that Miller had given Charles a marijuana cigar. After the investigation both suspects were placed under arrest and booked into the parish jail with Miller having a $5000.00 bond and Charles having a $2000.00 bond. Both were later released.

Randy Heuring 36 yoa of 331 Neptune St., Bayou Vista was arrested on 6-1-2012 at 9:44 pm for Disturbing the Peace Intoxicated and Criminal Trespass. A deputy was called to 311 Neptune St.
in reference to an intoxicated subject at his residence. Upon the deputy's arrival, it was learned from a complainant that the above suspect came to his residence intoxicated and he told him to leave. The complainant advised that he heard a loud noise outside his residence and located suspect under his carport. The deputy made contact with suspect who was highly intoxicated, and placed the suspect under arrest and booked into the parish jail with a $750.00 bond and was later released.

Odie Guillory 30 yoa of 3863 Francis St. Apt # 5, Berwick was arrested on 6-2-2012 at 12:15 am on a warrant for the Thibodaux Police Department for Failure to Appear on the charge of Red Light Violation. A deputy was called to above location in reference to assisting the Berwick Police Department with a complaint. During the investigation, it was learned of a warrant for suspect's arrest. The suspect was placed under arrest and booked into the parish jail. He was later released to Thibodaux Police Department.

On 6-2-2012 at 9:09 pm a Juvenile Male 15 yoa of Bayou Vista was arrested for Indecent Behavior with a Juvenile. The arrest stems from an investigation where a 9 year old female juvenile was molested by the suspect. After investigation the juvenile was placed under arrest, processed and released to guardian pending juvenile court proceedings.

Shazia Gaudet 21 yoa of 130 Judy Lane, Patterson and Tyler Sultan 20 yoa of 427 Ninth St., Franklin were arrested on 6-2-2012 at 11:36 pm for Unauthorized Entry of an Inhabited Dwelling with Sultan also being charged with Criminal Damage to Property. A deputy was called to 2130 Hebert St., Franklin in reference to the suspects entering the residence without consent. Upon the deputy's arrival it was learned that suspects went to the residence to get Gaudet's children. The suspects were not allowed in the residence and Sultan broke the glass on the door to enter. After an investigation, both suspects were placed under arrest and booked into the parish jail with Gaudet having a $5000.00 bond and Sultan having a $6000.00 bond both were later released.

Carl L. Lucas 66 yoa of 131 Shannon St., Patterson was arrested on 6-3-2012 at 12:20 am on two warrants for Lafourche Parish for Failure to Appear on the charge of Speeding. A deputy was called to the Patterson Truck Stop in reference to a disturbance. Upon the deputy's arrival, the suspect was located and during the investigation it was learned of warrants for his arrest. The suspect was placed under arrest and booked into the parish jail with an $11,000.00 bond at this time.

Jason J. Adams 36 yoa of 1013 Malcolm St., Franklin was arrested on 6-3-2012 at 9:37 pm for Careless Operation of a Motor Vehicle with an Accident, Improper Lane Usage and No Proof of Insurance. A deputy was patrolling Hwy 83 in the Ashton area, when he observed a vehicle driven by the suspect cross into oncoming lane of traffic with suspect vehicle swiping another vehicle door mirror. The deputy conducted a traffic stop on suspect vehicle and conducted an investigation. After the investigation the suspect was placed under arrest and issued a summons to appear in court on 9-12-2012.

Shana Jones 25 yoa of 128 Bray Lane, Franklin and Brittany Kirk 23 yoa of 152 Prairie Road, Franklin were arrested on 6-3-2012 at 6:41 pm for Disturbing the Peace by Fighting with Kirk also being charged with Simple Criminal Damage to Property. A deputy was called to Guidry Lane
in Verdunville in reference to a fight. Upon the deputy's arrival, it was learned from Kirk that Jones had committed a battery upon her. The deputy spoke with Jones at the Sheriff's Office were it was learned that suspects got into an altercation on Guidry Lane when Kirk struck her vehicle with a board. After the investigation, both suspects were placed under arrest and booked into the parish jail with Jones having a $500.00 bond and Kirk having a $1250.00 bond both were later released.

Reynol Lopez-Roblero 26 yoa of 1823 Barrow St. Lot # 2, Amelia was arrested on 6-3-2012 at 8:39pm for Operating a Vehicle without Lawful Presence in the United States and Improper Lane
Usage. A deputy was patrolling the Amelia area, when he observed the suspect's vehicle cross the fog line on several occasions. The deputy conducted a traffic stop and learned that suspect was illegally in the country. After the investigation, the suspect was placed under arrest on above charges and booked into the parish jail with no bond at this time.

Jermaine S. Keys 36 yoa and Whitney Thomas 24 yoa both of 1051 Grace St., Siracusaville were arrested on 6-4-2012 at 2:20 am for Domestic Abuse Battery and Possession of Flexareal. A deputy was called to the above location in reference to a domestic disturbance. Upon the deputy's arrival it was learned, from the suspects, that they were arguing when incident let to each other committing a battery upon the other. During the investigation, a flexareal pill was located in the residence. After the investigation both suspects were placed under arrest and booked into the parish jail with no bonds at this time.
