According to St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert, over the last 24 hour reporting period the Sheriff's Office responded to 42 complaints and reports the following arrests:
Earl Fabre, 31, 1530 Highway 90 East, Patterson, LA was arrested on December 2, 2013 at 12:49 pm for possession of Schedule I (marijuana) second offense and on a warrant for probation violation. A deputy located Fabre at his residence on the warrant. While being taken into custody, the deputy located a small bag of marijuana in Fabre's pocket. Fabre was transported to the parish jail for booking and incarceration. No bond is set.
Tessie L. Toups, 23, 1412 Church Street, Jeanerette, LA was arrested on December 2, 2013 at 2:36 pm on two warrants for failure to appear and failure to comply with the terms and conditions of drug court (contempt of court). With the assistance of Jeanerette Police, a deputy located Toups at her residence in Jeanerette on the warrant. Toups was transported to the parish jail for booking and incarceration. Bond is set at $200,000.
