According to St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert, during the last 24 hour reporting period the Sheriff's Office responded to 41 complaints and reports the following arrests:
Ivy Hebert, Sr., 41, McAuther Street Baldwin, LA was arrested on May 7, 2013 at 3:27 pm on 2 warrants for failure to appear on the charges of criminal neglect of family. Hebert was transported from the Lafourche Parish jail to the St. Mary Parish jail for booking and incarceration. No bond is set.
Christopher Early, 32, 111 Cajun Way #403 Amelia, LA was arrested on May 7, 2013 at 5:21 pm for 3 counts of telephone harassment. A deputy received information that Early harassed workers at both the Clerk of Court Office and Battery Intervention Center. Early was located at his place of employment in Morgan City. During the course of the investigation, the deputy learned that Early cursed repeatedly over the phone and made threats towards the victims and the St. Mary Parish Sheriff's Office. Early was transported to the parish jail for booking and incarceration. His bond is set at $3,000.
Credrick Demond Alexander, 31, 111 Fortier Circle Jeanerette, LA was arrested on May 7, 2013 at 4:20 pm on two warrants for failure to comply with the terms and conditions of drug court. Alexander was taken into custody by Jeanerette Police on the warrants. He was transported to the parish jail for booking and incarceration. His bond is set at $200,000.
