St. Mary Parish Sheriff's Office Daily Arrest Report

According to Sheriff Mark A. Hebert during the last 72 hours the Sheriff's Office responded to 110 complaints and reports the following arrests:

On 6-8-2012 at 6:56 pm a Female Juvenile 14 yoa was arrested for Resisting an Officer by Giving False Information. A deputy was called to Wal-mart in Bayou Vista in reference to a juvenile shoplifting. During the investigation, the juvenile provided false information in reference to a guardian. When the deputy spoke to the alleged guardian it was learned that the juvenile had lied about the guardian. The deputy placed the juvenile under arrest and contacted the mother. After the investigation, the juvenile was released to the Mother pending juvenile court proceedings.

Clifton Rineholt 19 yoa of 913 Kemper Road South, Franklin and Brandon Prados 18 yoa of 2337 Chatsworth Road, Franklin were arrested on 6-8-2012 at 11:21 pm with Rineholt being charged with Possession of Synthetic Cannabinoids 2nd and Misuse of Toxic Vapors and Prados being charged with Possession of Synthetic Cannabinoids, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Misuse of Toxic Vapors. A deputy was patrolling Hwy 182 in the Shadyside area, when there was a vehicle was observed parked in the cane field. Thr deputy conducted an investigative stop on the suspects, and received consent to search the suspects. The deputy located Synthetic Cannabinoids on both suspects along with drug paraphernalia on Prados. After the investigation, both suspects were placed under arrest with Prados being issued a summons to appear in court on 9-12-2012 and Rineholt being booked into the parish jail with a $6000.00 bond and was later released.

Darian Hoskins 32 yoa of 20017 Hwy 182, Jeanerette was arrested on 6-9-2012 at 2:12 am on Warrants for Franklin Police Department for Misrepresentation During Booking and Driving Under Suspension. A deputy was called to the Sorrell area in reference to a subject lying in the roadway. The deputy located the suspect and during the investigation learned of warrants for his arrest. The suspect was placed under arrest, processed and released to Franklin Police Department.

Kyle Keegan 36 yoa of 8120 Hwy 182 East, Morgan City was arrested on 6-9-2012 at 5:45 pm on warrants for Forgery, Theft and Attempted Theft and a Failure to Appear on the Possession of Schedule II Narcotics. The suspect turned himself into the Morgan City Sheriff's Office after learning of warrants for his arrest. The suspect was placed under arrest and booked into the parish jail with no bond at this time.

Jennifer J. Lodrigue 30 yoa of 404 Darlene St., Patterson was arrested on 6-9-2012 at 10:10 pm on warrants for Issuing Worthless Checks. The suspect was located at her residence, placed under arrest and issued a summons to appear in court on 9-12-2012.

Gerardin M. Perez 35 yoa of 116 Village Lane, Amelia was arrested on 6-10-2012 at 2:16 am for No Drivers License and Careless Operation of a Vehicle with an Accident. Deputy was called to West Syls Lane in Amelia in reference to a single vehicle accident. Upon the deputy's arrival suspect vehicle was located off the roadway hitting a mailbox. The deputy made contact with the suspect and after investigation; he was placed under arrest and issued a summons to appear in court on 9-12-2012.

Marvin Dinger 68 yoa and Diana Dinger 57 yoa both of 101 Homestead Lane, Patterson were arrested on 6-10-2012 at 8:28 pm for Domestic Abuse Battery. The deputy was called to the above location in reference a domestic disturbance. Upon the deputy's arrival it was learned that the suspect began arguing with both suspects pushing each other then began to wrestle with each other. After the investigation both suspects were placed under arrest and booked into the parish jail with no bond at this time.

Charlie S. Whittaker 26 yoa of 1920 North Winrock, Liberty Lake, Washington was arrested on 6-10-2012 at 11:30 pm for Careless Operation of a Motor Vehicle and Driving Under Suspension. A deputy was called to the Amelia Belle Casino in reference to suspect being involved in an accident. During the investigation it was learned that suspect had borrowed victim's vehicle and had damaged the side mirror and the rim of vehicle. After the investigation suspect was placed under arrest and issued a summons to appear in court on 9-12-2012.
