St. Mary Parish daily arrest report for June 20, 2014

According to St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert, over the last 24 hour reporting period the Sheriff's Office responded to 47 complaints and reports the following arrests:

Louis Bourque, 28, 2001 Second Street, Amelia, LA was arrested on June 19, 2014 at 10:55 am on a Justice of the Peace warrant for criminal damage to property and on warrants for failure to appear on the charges of violation of a protective order, remaining where forbidden, and criminal trespassing. Bourque turned himself in on the warrants at the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center in Centerville. No bond is set.

Michele C. Jackson, 44, 1516 Third Street, Morgan City, LA was arrested on June 19, 2014 at 1:50 pm for theft.

Phi Hoang Lam Duval, 30, 409 First Street, Morgan City, LA was arrested on June 19, 2014 at 1:59 pm for theft.

A deputy responded to a complaint of shoplifting at a store in Bayou Vista. Upon arrival, the deputy learned from store personnel that Jackson and Duval were seen concealing items on their persons before attempting to leave the store without paying for the goods. Both subjects were released on summonses to appear in court on September 3, 2014.

Sheneka M. Johnlouis, 28, 119 Bonnie Lane, Franklin, LA was arrested on June 19, 2014 at 4:56 pm for theft.

Kiara S. Calloway, 25, 119 Bonnie Lane, Franklin, LA was arrested on June 19, 2014 at 4:56 pm for theft.

A deputy responded to a complaint of shoplifting at a store in Bayou Vista. Upon arrival, the deputy learned from store personnel that Johnlouis and Calloway were seen concealing items on their persons before attempting to leave the store without paying for the goods. Both women were released on summonses to appear in court on September 3, 2014.

Juvenile male, 15, Bayou Vista, LA was arrested on June 19, 2014 at 7:53 pm for theft and unauthorized use of an access card. A deputy investigating a complaint of theft learned that the juvenile stole an iPod and credit card number from two victims and used the credit card to purchase music and movies on the device. The juvenile was released to a guardian pending juvenile court proceedings.

Martina N. Span, 30, 179 Saint Joseph Street, Franklin, LA was arrested on June 19, 2014 at 6:42 pm for theft of goods. A deputy responded to a complaint of shoplifting at a store in Bayou Vista. Upon arrival, the deputy learned from store personnel that Span was seen concealing items on her person before attempting to leave the store without paying for the goods. Span was released on a summons to appear in court on September 3, 2014.

Jondalyn Louviere, 49, 1533 Irish Bend Road, Franklin, LA was arrested on June 19, 2014 at 10:57 pm for driving while intoxicated and careless operation of a motor vehicle. A deputy responded to a report of a vehicle crash on Highway 182 at Genevieve Street in Franklin. Upon arrival, the deputy observed a vehicle stuck on the opposite side of a ditch at the end of Genevieve Street. The deputy made contact with the driver and smelled the odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from her breath and person. The deputy conducted a field sobriety test on which Louviere performed poorly. Louviere later registered a 0.133g% blood alcohol concentration on a breath test. The deputy transported Louviere to the parish jail for booking. No bond is set. A picture of Louviere is included.

Diondre Short, 39, 334 Oriole Street, Morgan City, LA was arrested on June 20, 2014 at 12:34 am on a warrant from Terrebonne Parish Sheriff's Office for failure to appear on the charges of speeding and operation a vehicle without a license. He was also charged on a warrant from Houma Police for contempt of court. A deputy made contact with Short during a traffic stop on Highway 182 in Morgan City and learned of the warrant for her arrest. The deputy transported Short to the parish jail for booking. No bond is set.

Jerrence Ford, 26, 107 Friendship Alley Amelia, LA was arrested on June 19, 2014 at 2:31 pm on warrants for four counts distribution of cocaine. A detective with the St. Mary Parish Sheriff's Office Narcotics Division was notified by Berwick Police that Ford was located on the warrants. The warrants are the result of an investigation in which Ford sold crack cocaine to undercover detectives. Ford was transported to the parish jail for booking. No bond is set.
