St. Mary Parish Daily Arrest Report for August 20,2014

According to St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert, over the last 24 hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 35 complaints and reports the following arrests:

Dillian Billiot, 21, 1513 Saturn Road, Bayou Vista, LA was arrested on August 18, 2014 at 10:42 am at the St. Mary Parish Sheriff's Office in Franklin for unauthorized use of an access card. A detective investigating a complaint of a stolen credit card learned that Billiot used the card to purchase over $700 in goods at local businesses. Billiot was transported to the parish jail for booking. No bail is set.

Timothy Smith, 51, 607 Leo Drive, Patterson, LA was arrested on August 19, 2014 at 11:31 am on a Justice of the Peace warrant for criminal trespass. A deputy located Smith at his residence on the warrant. Smith was transported to the parish jail for booking. He was later released on a $1,000 bond.

Leah Owens, 36, 410 Levee Road, Morgan City, LA was arrested on August 19, 2014 at 11:33 am on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of failure to use a seatbelt, failure to honor written promise to appear, and direct contempt of court. Owens was being booked into the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center when the booking deputy learned of the active warrant. No bail is set.

Wayne P. Duncan, 50, 1257 St. Charles Street, Thibodaux, LA was arrested on August 19, 2014 at 11:34 am on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of theft by blank prescription forms and criminal conspiracy. Duncan was being booked into the parish jail when the booking deputy discovered the active warrant. No bail is set.

Cynthia Smith, 44, 607 Leo Drive, Patterson, LA was arrested on August 19, 2014 at 2:06 pm on a justice of the peace warrant for criminal trespass. Smith turned herself in at the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center in Centerville after learning of the active warrant for her arrest. She was released on a $1,000 bond.

Kyle Smith, 50, 614 Martin Luther King Avenue, Patterson, LA was arrested on August 19, 2014 at 3:00 pm on a Justice of the Peace warrant for criminal trespass. Smith turned himself in at St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center after learning of the active warrant for his arrest. He was released on a $1,000 bond.

Debra Smith, 70, 614 Martin Luther King Avenue, Patterson, LA was arrested on August 19, 2014 at 3:06 pm on a Justice of the Peace warrant for criminal trespass. Smith turned herself in at the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center after learning of the warrant for her arrest. She was released on a $1,000 bond.

Crystal Duhon, 41, 294 Ricohoc Drive, Ricohoc, LA was arrested on August 19, 2014 at 10:53 am on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of issuing worthless checks. While responding to a separate complaint, a deputy made contact with Duhon and learned of the active warrant for her arrest. The deputy transported Duhon to the parish jail for booking. Duhon was later released on a $1,000 bond.

George T. Boutwell, 33, 910 Lake Palourde Road, Amelia, LA was arrested on August 19, 2014 at 11:36 pm for speeding, possession of open alcoholic beverages in a motor vehicle, and improper display of license plate. A deputy patrolling the Amelia area observed a vehicle travelling at a speed above the posted limit and conducted a traffic stop on Duhon Boulevard. The deputy made contact with the driver, identified as Boutwell. While speaking with Boutwell, the deputy observed an open bottle of beer inside the vehicle. The deputy transported Boutwell to the parish jail for booking. Boutwell was later released on a $1,000 bond.

Michael Stiles, 35, 572 Russo Street, Berwick, LA was arrested on August 19, 2014 at 8:47 pm for the following offenses:
- Possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute
- Possession of synthetic cannabinoids
- Possession of Legend Drug (Amoxil)
- Possession of drug paraphernalia

Polly Cedatol, 46, 3508 Second Street, Berwick, LA was arrested on August 19, 2014 at 8:47 pm for possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Detectives of the St. Mary Parish Sheriff's Office Narcotics Division, along with Berwick Police Department, conducted a search warrant at 572 Russo Street. During the course of the search, detectives located methamphetamine, synthetic cannabinoids, Amoxil pills, and items of drug paraphernalia. Cedatol and Stiles were transported to the parish jail for booking. No bail is set.
