St. Mary Parish Daily Arrest Report

According to St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert, over the last 24 hour reporting period the Sheriff's Office responded to 39 complaints and reports the following arrests:

Jimmy H. McGraw, 35, 1026 Red Cypress Road, Patterson, LA was arrested on March 11, 2014 at 11:12 am on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of criminal neglect of family. A deputy made contact with McGraw at the St. Mary Parish Sheriff's Office in Morgan City and learned of the active warrant for his arrest. Bail is set at $22,088.87.

Erlin Suazo, 18, 1700 Barrow Street Apt. #5, Amelia, LA was arrested on March 11, 2014 at 1:46 pm for following too close and operating a vehicle without lawful presence in the United States. A deputy investigating a vehicle crash on Highway 182 in Amelia discovered that a driver was operating a vehicle without a license and without lawful presence in the country. Suazo was transported to the parish jail for booking and incarceration. No bond is set.

Gregory Jackson, 24, 2575 70th Avenue, Baton Rouge, LA was arrested on March 11, 2014 at 7:08 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of criminal neglect of family. A deputy transported Jackson from the East Baton Rouge Parish Jail to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center in Centerville on the warrant. Bail is set at $1,000.

Harold Sheets, Jr., 30, 3430 Third Street, Berwick, LA was arrested on March 11, 2014 at 10:02 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of failure to report an accident and operating a vehicle without a drivers license. A deputy transported Sheets to the St. Mary Parish jail on drug court sanctions. During booking, the deputy learned of the active warrant for his arrest. No bail is set.
