St. Mary Daily Arrest Reports

According to Sheriff Mark A. Hebert during the last 24 hours the Sheriff's Office responded to 28 complaints and reports the following arrests:

Steven Gray 28 yoa of 120 Hunting Lane, Morgan City was arrested on 2-15-2012 at 11:32 am on a warrant for Failure to Register as a Convicted Sex Offender. Suspect was located by Assumption Parish Sheriff's Office and turned over to St. Mary Parish Sheriff's Office. Suspect was placed under arrest and booked into the parish jail with no bond at this time.

Chet Davis 33 yoa of 124 Natalie Lane, Patterson was arrested on 2-15-2012 at 1:13 pm on a warrant for Simple Battery and Disturbing the Peace by Fighting. Suspect was located at his residence, placed under arrest on warrant and booked into the parish jail with a $750.00 bond and was later released.

Gregory Patterson 53 yoa and James Greene36 yoa both of 759 Degravelle Road, Amelia were arrested on 2-15-2012 at 8:04 pm with Patterson being arrested for Disturbing the Peace Intoxicated and Greene being arrested for Simple Battery. Deputy was called to
Duhon By-pass Road
in reference to a subject walking in roadway yelling. Upon Deputy's arrival suspect was located and contact was made. Suspect advised that he was involved in an altercation with another subject at Prime Man Power Camp. Patterson was placed under arrest and transported to Prime Man power to retrieve his belongings. While at the campJames Greene was located and during investigation it was learned that he had committed a battery upon Patterson. Greene was placed under arrest also. Both suspects were booked into the parish jail with Patterson having a $250.00 bond and Greene having a $500.00 bond at this time.

Steven P. Geer 34 yoa of 6694 Hwy 182, Franklin was arrested on 2-15-2012 at 10:17 pm for Domestic Abuse Battery. Deputy was called to above location in reference a disturbance. Upon Deputy's arrival suspect was located outside the residence and detained while investigation was conducted. Victim advised that she and her husband had a verbal altercation which became physical when suspect grabbed her and threw her to the floor. After investigation suspect was placed under arrest and booked into the parish jail with no bond at this time.
