Some roads have reopened in Lafayette; UL will fully open tomorrow

All lanes are open US-167 (Johnston Street) in Lafayette near the University of Lafayette Campus (UL) after being shut down due to a bomb threat. Lafayette Police Department has advised that traffic may pass through but side streets may remain blocked off.

The University has also opened on-campus residences. Classes remain canceled for tonight, July 16. The University is fully open Thursday. Other services open tonight on UL: Guillory Dining Hall 5:30-7:30 p.m., Dupre Library 5-8 p.m., and Bourgeois Hall 4 -8 p.m., with a night shuttle running to and from main campus.
