Sheriff: Cop Impersonator Pulled Gun

METAIRIE, La. (AP) - A Kentucky man who police say stopped a car
on Interstate 10 and pulled a gun on the driver has been charged
with impersonating an officer.
Jefferson Parish Sheriff Newell
Normand said Herman Justice, 56, had a red flashing light on his
car and an arsenal of weapons including assault weapons and knives.
Normand says investigators say Justice pulled over a woman for
an illegal lane change. He pulled out a gun and told her to get out
of the car, and then called Louisiana State Police for backup.
Normand says while he waited for state troopers, Justice
allegedly brought a pit bull out of his car.
Justice told investigators he is in town to help with oil spill
cleanup and to film a documentary.
