Scott Police have released a still from a surveillance video showing the man who is wanted in the robbery of a Scott bank earlier today.
Chief Chad Leger says the man walked into the Home Bank branch in the 5500 block of Cameron Street around 10:30 Thursday morning with a gun and a small bag, demanding cashiers fill it up with money.
Video shows a white male, between 5'2" and 5'4" in height, wearing a tan ball cap with a camouflage bill. Leger said the man was wearing white tennis shoes, khaki pants and a white t-shirt with the word "Relay" in black letters on the front. He also had a large tattoo on his left forearm.
According to Leger, the suspect was carrying a hand gun and a small bag, which he directed tellers to fill with cash. Investigators say the suspect arrived at the location and fled the bank on a bicycle. The bicycle was left at a nearby business. Police say the suspect left on foot in an unknown direction..
Leger said that police believe the suspect was working alone.
