After a terrific weekend of weather, a few clouds will return today as the humidity heads back in on easterly winds. Over the next several days, the Gulf, rich with moisture, will open up and scattered rain and thunderstorms will move in for the mid week.
Expect a few pop up storms along the coast later this afternoon. More of those storms will pop up with the daytime heating Tuesday. Wednesday through Friday it won't take much to get showers and storms going by late morning or midday.
Temperatures will reach the low 90s today with tolerable humidity. Tuesday temps should reach the mid 90s with afternoon storms. Later in the week those 90 degree highs will be reached fairly early in the day with temps returning to the 80s in the afternoon after the rain and storms move through.
