Odor control maker moving to Louisiana

BATON ROUGE, La. (AP) - A company that manufactures odor control products for restrooms has agreed to move its headquarters from California to Baton Rouge and its manufacturing operation from Illinois to Baton Rouge.
State economic development officials say the move by West Sanitation Services Inc. will involve a $1.4 million investment.
West Sanitation Services sells its products in the United States through franchises and internationally through distributorships. The company says it has 75 franchised units, 24 of which are company-owned.
The company's chief executive officer - Ben Elder - is a Baton Rouge resident.
