NEW ORLEANS (AP) - The man charged with cleaning up both the New
Orleans Police Department and the city's violent crime has a plan
and a warning for his officers - "if you lie, you die."
In the wake an investigation that left 18 current or former
officers facing federal charges, Superintendent Ronal Serpas said
Monday that lying, either verbally or in police reports will result
