More Trouble for Mexico?

The east coast of Mexico might be bracing for another tropical system over the next few days.  Already four systems have moved inland this year including Barry, Ferdinand, TD#8, and Ingrid.  Ferdinand, Eight, and Ingrid have moved through in the past three weeks alone.  Over twenty inches of rain has fallen with these consecutive tropical disturbances.

Another tropical wave is moving toward the Yucatan Peninsula and will eventually emerge over the Bay of Campeche similar to the previous systems that have brought torrential rains and landslides.  An Air Force Reconnaissance flight is scheduled to investigate the area Wednesday.
