A Baton Rouge man was arrested in St. Mary Parish for filling a fake prescription. Narcotics investigators arrested Daryl Hubert, 47, after receiving a call from a Morgan City pharmacist.
Once the pharmacist confirmed the prescriptions were fake, a detective arrested Hubert, who was in the pharmacy lobby waiting for Oxycodone and Flexeril pills. St. Mary Parish Sheriff's Office Public Information Officer Traci Landry said.
Hubert is charged with obtaining a prescription by fraud.
