Lafayette Community Health Care clinic reception area named for Patrick and Elizabeth Little

The reception area of the Lafayette Community Health Care Clinic has been named for Patrick and Elizabeth Little of New Iberia.

Teche Bank sponsored the naming opportunity to recognize the dedicated services of the Littles.

Elizabeth, a registered nurse, has volunteered at Lafayette Community Health Care Clinic for many years. She also worked there for a short time, but when she left the position to pursue other passions, she continued to volunteer.

"Patrick and Elizabeth have been avid supporters of the clinic for over a decade," says Clinic Executive Director Jeri Allison. "They're passionate about the work the clinic does. The Littles make a significant difference throughout Acadiana as they believe in helping others."

The Littles are very involved members of their community in New Iberia. Elizabeth has been a board member at Sacred Heart Church and was a founding member of the Inside/Outside Garden Program for a local elementary school.

She coordinated a shelter that provided medical assistance following hurricanes Katrina and Rita and also served as a member of the Board of Directors for the Women's Imaging Centre.
