Franklin Daily Arrest Report 01/25/12

The Franklin Police Department responded to 14 complaints over the past 24 hours and made the following arrests:

1/24/2012 @ 8:32 AM, ALLEN WADE SMITH, 36, of Baronne Street - Franklin, LA

was arrested and charged with Domestic Abuse Battery. Mr. Smith was also processed on a warrant issued by the St. Mary Parish Sheriff's Office, charging him with Simple Battery With Injuries. Mr. Smith was processed and released on a $2500.00 bond to appear in 3rd Ward City Court and a $500.00 bond to appear in 16th Judicial District Court.

1/24/2012 @ 11:50 AM, CHONTRELL ALEASE MORGAN, 34, of Canal Drive - Franklin, LA

was arrested on a warrant dated January 22, 2012, charging her with Aggravated Battery - Domestic. Ms. Morgan was processed and released on a $5000.00 bond to appear in 16th Judicial District Court.

1/24/2012 @ 6:13 PM, JARVIS A. PARKER, 24, of Cayce Street - Franklin, LA

was arrested and charged with Stop Sign Violation, Driving Under Suspension and Possession of Marijuana. Mr. Parker was processed and held on a $3250.00 bond to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.

1/24/2012 @ 6:23 PM, JULES E. ANDERSON III, 26, of Cayce Street - Franklin, LA

was arrested and charged with Resisting An Officer By Refusing To Give Information, Disturbing The Peace and Possession of Marijuana. Mr. Anderson was processed and released on a $3250.00 bond to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.

1/24/2012 @ 6:44 PM, AVIS W. ANDERSON, 54, of Iberia Street - Franklin, LA

was arrested and charged with Remaining Where Forbidden. Ms. Anderson was processed and released on a $281.50 cash bond.

1/24/2012 @ 8:36 PM, GEORGE CURTIS WILLIAMS, 50, of Dixie Road - Franklin, LA

was arrested on a warrant dated June 4, 2010, charging him with Simple Battery. Mr. Williams was processed and released on a $500.00 bond to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.
