Former Sulphur Officer Pleads Not Guilty in Dog Shooting Death

The former Sulphur Police Officer, accused of shooting and killing a dog during an arrest in April, has reportedly pleaded not guilty to aggravated cruelty to animals charges. Brian Thierbach resigned in May while he was being investigated for killing Arzy the dog. According to KPLC-TV, no trial date has been set.
