Formal Complaint against Board Member Richard Filed

St. Landry Parish District Attorney Earl Taylor says a formal complaint has been filed against St. Landry Parish School Board member. According to Taylor, a local resident entered a complaint against Quincy Richard this morning. KATC reported Monday that Richard may be ineligible to hold office because of a previous felony conviction. Taylor says Richard's record was expunged, and if any documents related to his conviction are sealed, the investigation could be delayed.
