A Georgia Sheriff's deputy arrested a man who allegedly credited his dog with driving him to the store.
According to the Oconee County Sheriff's Office's 60-year-old Wesley Mark Terrell left his dog locked in a car that reached 123 degrees inside. Deputies say there was also a can of gasoline in the vehicle.
Terrell allegedly told the deputy that the dog drove him to the store to buy some corn. He was charged with Animal Cruelty and DUI.
Animal Control took custody of the dog.
