Deputies take an alleged repeat DWI offender off the street as a result of a Sulphur traffic stop, reports the Calcasieu Parish Sheriff's Office.
Last Friday at 11:34 p.m., deputies stopped driver, Brian K. Doucet, 40, of Sulphur, and had him perform performed the field sobriety test. After failing the field sobriety test, Doucet was booked into the Calcasieu Correctional Center and charged with DWI 3rd as well as a couple of traffic violations.
Judge Clayton Davis set Doucet's bond at $15,200.
