Warm, moist, tropical air has been moving in across the area ahdead of the impending cold front and as a result fog will be an issue late Sunday night and Monday morning. Winds have been calming down which allow that fog to settle in, and the National Weather Service has issued a Dense Fog Advisory that will be in effect until 8:00 a.m. Monday morning.
The forecast has been a tough one to pinpoint but it looks as if we will see some scattered showers arriving for the commute Monday morning. Not much lift with this front so not expecting much in the way of thunderstorm activity but it is certainly possible to hear some rumbles of thunder.
Temperatures will be cooling slightly, but not as cold as we saw earlier this week. Highs will remain in the 70s for the first half of the week. It will be more comfortable, however, as humidity won't be as high as it has been this weekend.
