4 suspects arrested in killing of California man

LAKE CHARLES, La. (AP) - Police say three men have been booked with second-degree murder and one as an alleged accessory in the death of a California man in southwest Louisiana.

Lake Charles Police Cpl. Larry Moss said Wednesday that Damion Derrelle Jackson of Fontana, Calif., was shot on Aug. 29 and died at a hospital.

Moss says two of the arrested men live on the block where Jackson was shot. He identified them as 20-year-old Michael Ja'Rel Tutson, who was booked with murder, and 40-year-old Johnnie Michelle Celestine, who was booked as an accessory to second-degree murder.

Also booked with murder are 19-year-old Marcus Deweyen Handy and 20-year-old Lee James Gibbs, both also of Lake Charles.

It was not clear whether they have attorneys.

Johnnie Michelle Celestine, 40yoa, address: 615 Bank Street, Lake Charles, La.
-Charges: Accessory after the fact to 2nd degree Murder,
-Possession of CDS II with intent to distribute, bond, $100,000 dollars
