3 arrested, 1 at large in deadly I-10 shooting

NEW ORLEANS (AP) - Authorities have arrested three suspects and are searching for a fourth in a deadly drive-by shooting on a New Orleans interstate.
Police said two of the suspects, 20-year-old Dale Elmore and 22-year-old Seyuntray Noel, were arrested Thursday, while 22-year-old Jamal Harris was arrested Wednesday. All three were booked on first-degree murder charges.
The fourth suspect, 22-year-old Tyrone Davenport, remained at large Thursday. All four are New Orleans residents.
Police said the victim, 20-year-old Ralph Bias, was driving on the Pontchartrain Expressway on Jan. 5 when the suspects drove up alongside his car and opened fire. Bias was killed. His unidentified passenger was wounded.
Police said the shooting was the result of an "ongoing feud"
