Each person may register only once; names not selected will roll over to be eligible for the next drawing. Ten winners will be randomly drawn on November 9, 16, 23 and 30, 2012. Eligible registrants must be between the ages of 55 and 74 with no previous diagnosis of Lung Cancer. Each winner will receive a free low dose radiation CT Scan at a location in the Lourdes Imaging Network to be scheduled on Saturday, December 15, 2012. Medical orders are required. Medical Oncologist will be on hand for prescreening requirements. Winning entries can be transferable to eligible participants at the request of the Winner. CT screening scan, radiologist read and physician prescreen are provided as part of this educational promotion at no charge to the eligible Winner.
