    Sex Offender Accused of Being Peeping Tom

    A Scott man is in the Lafayette Parish Jail after he was allegedly caught committing a lewd act while watching three children through a window. Deputies say a woman inside the house saw 43-year-old Patrick Anderson looking through a window in the 4100 block of Landry Road while she was taking a bath. That lady then walked outside and found Anderson outside her children's window. Anderson, who is convicted as a sex offender, is being held on $25,000 bond.
