Zachary will be getting a $9.3 million upgrade to its sewer collection lines and pumping stations thanks to a loan from the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality. The loan is part of DEQ's Clean Water State Revolving Fund, which provides low-cost funding to communities for the planning, design and construction of wastewater infrastructure.
